I am writing this letter to inform you about the conditions of xyz hospital
as per my experience it is a very unhygienic place as when I went there the floor was full of garbage and madicines packings and the water supplier gives that water which was used for hand-wash. and yes when I looked at the dish washer it was looking like it had not changed from around 3-4 months. Iam also seriously disappointed and not statisfied with the staff behaviour please take action against this
