THE SUPERINTENDENT,
INDIANA POLICE DEPARTMENT,

MUMBAI.
Dear Sir/Madam.
RE: COMPLAINT OVER POLICEMAN ON DUTY.
I am writing this letter to raise a concern over the conduct and behaviour of a policeman on duty along Gangho Street. The officer of number G4521 has tendencies of seeking bribes from motorists whom he finds breaking traffic laws, for example over speeding.
I therefore wish that necessary action be taken upon the individual to prevent further bribery cases in the police force.
Regards.
Yours Faithfully,

Answer:
here is an example which you can use in this question
Explanation:
The superintendent
Police station chanakyapuri
New Delhi
7 January 2020
Subject : complaint about bad behavior
of policemen
Respected sir,
I am a resident of chanakyapuri in the past few days we have been gone to the police station about 4 to 5 times in a week due to a single thing which was complaining a complaint against my lost purse.
the the inspect incharge of that police station is is Mr kishori Lal Shukla the FIR of losing a purse really takes 5 to 10 minutes but due to his incompatibility and his rudeness it took us 5 days
. the officer never talks in a polite way he always talks like he is doing a favour on us we have been called from the police station frequently just for asking simple questions which we have already mentioned in a report and FIR the policeman also don't have any sympathy or epicid towards the victims . even when we complain to him about his rudeness that we don't like that he becomes more and more rude and arrogant towards us.
being such a noble profession in such a strong post the person should be polite and sympathetic towards the pain of others but he is totally opposite of that I want to request you to take strict actions against his behaviour or I would be compelled to take this matter in cold or to your senior I I expect an early action and a successful change in his behaviour.
thank you
yours truly
bhavesh
