Sir,

I want to draw your attention towards our city , many of unattended construction sites has been building in progress .All thinks that they are simple construction sites , nobody leaves there.But this statement is wrong.I went yesterday 5:00 pm for riding cycle then I saw that some of the criminals was trying to kill an innocent man.I quickly moved from that place so that I wouldn't be in trap of them .But this will lead to many criminals activities in our city.They are hidden in underconstruction sites and all people ignores that sites.These are safe placefor them to hide themselves.

I hope sir, you will go and see that sites and take a strict action against the criminals who are hidden in under construction sites to stop these criminals activities.
