Dear Superintendent Sir,

I just want to draw your attention on a burning issue that's bothering the society and making us feel insecure. I know you are aware of the crimes happening these days and if you have observed crime rate have been growing so drastically, not sure on what to blame, let it be the technology or the media, we the society is suffering a lot out of it. Also, I'd like to highlight a point here that is the age group that are being effected by these crimes are ranging sadly from 3months baby to 90 year old person.

I'm sure you must have seen about the crimes happening on the infants, in newspaper. It is pathetic to learn about such news from media. Let it be robbery, dowry attacks, or anything there should be some strict rules that we need to implement to stop these. Thanks for the government for introducing the "SheTeam". I'd suggest you that there should be some technology necessity here that has to be implemented, so that we can reduce the crime rate. 

As a responsible citizen of country, it is responsible for every one to install CC cameras, installing security systems in the apartments, approaching the Sheteam members if needed, awareness of the security measures has to be spread among the society.  Thus, I'd request you to make some actions accordingly. I thus, would like to appeal to the citizens of the country to stand up to this menace and fight for the better society.

I believe this case requires your immediate attention as well as action.My concern is regarding the XYZ area of ABC colony/city.The havoc and crime caused by the anti-social elements of this society is increasing day by day.

These bad people commit all sorts of heinous crimes.Their dreadful deeds have developed an intense fear among the hearts of common and innocent citizens.They tease young children, drink and gamble around.Last evening I saw they were threatening natives of that area with knives and guns.

I feel you are able to imagine the critical situation faced by the folk.Demanding money from pedestrian has become a piece of cake for them.I think they are under the impression that none will register/file case against them.

Therefore I request you to pay a personal visit to this locality and perform the immediate action.
