Dear father,

I have received your letter. You have wanted to know about the details of my progress in studies. I am quite satisfied with my progress. I need some books on English and Geography. These are not available at Rampur. I have asked a local book seller to bring the books for me from Kolkata. He assured me to bring them within a week. The price of the books will be five hundred rupees. Our teachers follow these books in the class room. The books are very good for those who want to have additional knowledge in those subjects and to score high marks. Please send me the money by speed post as soon as possible.

So not think much about me. I am quite well. Accept my respect and convey the same to mother. I will back home as soon as the examination will be over.
