Hi Alex,
It's great to hear all your news! I am safe at hostel and wanted to know your well being. We all know that the world is facing an epidemic of COVID - 19 Or CORONA VIRUS... My aim to write this letter is to alert you about how to be safe from this virus and what precautions should we take to prevent covid - 19 to enter in our body. This virus are large group of viruses that cause illness in humans and animals. It spreads rapidly if came in contact with the victim. And thus, in this letter I will be listing some precautionary steps that needs to be taken during corona times. You will have to follow them regularly without any excuse of not following them.
First and most important step is to wear face mask with hand gloves without any fail. If you are sick or ill, please stay at home.
Second, Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain at least three feet distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing and Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Third, Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then dispose of the tissue safely. and clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
Forth, Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol and always wash hands with soap and water when hands are visibly dirty. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately and do Keep in mind the travel advisory set out by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
