Respected Sir
I hereby want to inform you that the social environment of our working place is not very good. I would like to bring some of the incidents into your knowledge.
Last weak, two of our colleagues had a stupid arguments on a pity issue. It's not about only one day. It's common. Also, many colleagues comment on each other's working style. Some colleagues use the computers of our office for their personal work instead of concentrating on the job during working hours. Also, some of our colleagues comment on the dressing style of female colleagues. As, we are in the field of public dealing, so all the colleagues should come in a normal and formal outfit. Most of the the time, there is a competition, may it be regarding the dressing sense or about the way of working which should not be there. Many times, some of our colleagues have an argument with the customers which is condemnable. We should not do so and must have patience which is the demand of our job. There are many more such instances. There is a need to improve the social environment of our office. As the member of an office, we must have an sense of unity and togetherness. We should not argue with each other and corporate one another. Being in the field of public dealing, we must have politeness, patience and a sense of cooperation. We should take our work seriously.
