I hope everything is fine there. We at home are so fine. I have to come to know that you have been attentive to your health. It is good to devote time to studies to realise your dream but what if your health goes down this way day by day. It is rightly said that 'A sound mind in a sound body'. So, bro, take all precautions to maintain your health. A good health is necessary to have the concentration on work. Health is the real wealth.
Make a diet plan. Consult any doctor. Have fruits daily at the regular time. Some exercises would keep you flexible and fresh all day. Drink water more to keep metabolism smooth.
