Answer:

My Dear Brother,

Assalam-o-Alaikum,

I am sorry to tell you that it hurts me to hear from your class teacher that you did not do well in the terminal tests. You have failed in English and Maths. You should be ashamed of it. You know I always showed good results in the same school. All teachers know that you are my brother. They expect good results from you also. I have also come to know that you are often absent from class and have joined a bad company. I am shocked to learn all this.

I therefore warn you to mend your ways. Work hard and win the admiration of your parents and teachers. You should devote much time to your students and make up your deficiency. I hope next time you will show good results.

Yours affectionately

Dear _______,

Hi, I hope this letter finds you in good health. How everyone is at home? The hostel life is going amazing.

It’s been a long time, I haven’t written and this seemed to be the best time I can write to you. I have finished my exams and received my progress reports too. I am glad that I have evolved and I am making progress. And this being the end of the year, I am quite happy with the results.

I remember when I was not doing well in my academics and I somehow was not able to pull myself. I consistently got poor results in class tests, which somehow motivated to get good grades in internal assessments. Hence forth, I was able to score and I pulled.

I want to tell you that I got ____ (position) position in the whole batch. I was not expecting such a good position, but by god’s grace, I achieved it. I hope I made you all proud. Do inform mom and dad regarding my progress. I hope I will be able to achieve my dreams soon.

Do keep me in your prayers, I miss you all. Give my love to everyone at home.

Yours loving,
