Dear Harshith ,
Hello! How are you dear ? I hope you're well now . I am fine over here . How are you studying ? My studies are going on well . How are Mom and Dad ? This letter is an advising letter about your health.
Brother , last night when I recieved Mom's letter that you've just been recovered from very severe high fever , I at once decided to write a letter to you . You know the monsoon season harms your helath if you don't take proper steps to make yourself helath and away from disease . In this season Dengue , Malaria , Typhoid are all common . They all are caused due to many reasons but you have to keep in point of view about your hygiene and your surroundings cleanliness all the time . You can be helathy only when your surroundings are healthy .
My kind request to you is that please avoid mainly eating street food all the time as they can cause illness very easily . I hope you understood about what I am saying and this matter is utmost point of consideration dear ! Please don't ignore it . Convey my regards to Mom and Dad ! Take care dear !!
With love ,
Shivani

Dear Brother,
How are you? I'm good hope the same to you. I am writing this letter to you as I recently realized it's been raining alot and I would want you to know few ways you can take care of yourself during this season as you are just recovering from your fever. You can stay healthy during this season. Don't forget to bring your umbrella with you wherever you go. It's not only the best rain gear but also a sickness shield against cough, colds or fever when you're caught up on a rainy day. Eating healthy food is the cheapest way to protect you from sickness. You can cook a hot soup to invigorate your body or eat Vitamin C-rich foods to boost your immune system to help repulse flu and infection. There's nothing better than sipping on a warm drink while the rain pours outside. Keep your hydration levels up by drinking 6 to 8 cups of water a day with a squeeze of lemon. Warm water gets your blood circulation going, which leads to a strong immune system that can protect you against getting infections and allergies. I hope you keep well in the future using some of my tips of staying healthy during this season!
Regards,
Shivani
