I am writing this application to seek approval regarding a cafeteria in our school named (Name of school with branch name).  

There are benefits attached to it :

1. The students and teachers will not have to go outside to get lunch.

2. They will get hygienic food in comparison to outside vendors and restaurants.

3. This will add to the income of the school.

4. We can curtail the lunch break duration from 1 hour to 30 minutes.

There can be more benefits out of this project. I could see above benefits prima facie. Hence, it is requested to grant approval to open a cafeteria in school.
