Dear Norah,

Hi, how are you? I'm very well. It's been a long time we didn't meet each other, right? Well, I do wanna share my study strategies with you regarding my preparation during the lockdown for March 2021 session ending exams.

My school teacher messaged and suggested us that children should do their studies properly at time. So, I'm preparing a time table to follow, using learning methods in studies. I'm paying all of my attention to self study for upcoming exams. Just yesterday, I divided my chapters into smaller parts which made it easy.

I'm trying to practice to maintain the pace of writing in my spare time. This will help me to score well in my subjects. I hope you would learn many good things by my this letter.

Yours sincerely,

Mildred.

You know I miss you so much because we didn't met each other from a long time. I write this letter because I want to share my experience about how I am studying during lockdown and how I am preparing for my exams #March. You know as the exams are about to start so school teachers say that revise your syllabus very well and as you know that mine exams are board exams this year so I have to study very nicely. You know what u do for study well ? I prepare a proper time table daily I do mine work according to the time table. And you know read chapters properly again daily to double check them. I don't waste my time, in free time I do extra revisions regarding extra questions. And as you know that in this pandemic our writing speed became worse so I do writing practice too. Some points which would help you while writing any kind of complaint letter !

☑ In the first paragraph you should identify what the issue is and any reveleant information that you believe is important.

☑ Be sure to include the following information if it's applicable to the situation: the date/time of the issue, location, name of person on duty, name of product, what the problem was, your account number, model number, price, warranty information and reference number.

☑ Be sure to stick with the facts and avoid putting emotions into your letter.

☑ The next paragraph should state what you would like done to resolve the situation.

☑ If you received poor service, you could request an apology or a coupon. If a product malfunctioned, you could request that you could exchange the product for a new one or request a refund.

☑ The last paragraph should thank the reader for the time.

☑ You can also throw in some compliments about something you liked about their company's product or service
