I am XYZ student of STD tenth of your school . I was absent for last 4 days due to death of my family member . Due to this i was in village and because of that i was absent for last 4 days.

Please miss give me permission to join school again and i promise mam that i will complete my notes in 2 days and also i will check it from my respected teachers .

I hope mam you will understand my reason and will give permission to attend lectures.
