Dear brother,
I hope this letter finds you in soaring spirits and vibrant health. First and foremost, accept my and my family’s heartiest congratulations on being awarded the President’s bravery award. We are so proud of you. You have brought laurels to the entire family. Actually you always deserved it. You have always been exceptional in everything you do.
The day you eliminated the five terrorists from entering the air-force station single-handedly, it had become quite obvious that you would be honoured on the Republic Day. You have always been focused, disciplined, and proactive, not only on duty, but at home also. Dear uncle I want to be like you when I will grow up. The rest is fine. The entire family is going to visit you for a grand treat in the second week of the next month. Warm regards to auntie, and love to children. Once again congratulations!
Your proud cousin.
