My Dear Mohit,
How are you? Hope this letter finds you in the best of health and happiness. Two days back it was Rakesh's birthday. I went to his birthday party and ate a lot of chocolates and ice cream. Next morning I got up with a severe toothache. My father got an appointment with the dentist for today.
You can imagine how much I suffered. First of all my tooth was paining and secondly I was so scared to go to the dentist. My father had to literally pull me and take me to the dentist.
There the nurse took me in and gave me a local anaesthesia injection. Then the doctor asked me to sit in a big chair. The chair was too big for me. When I sat down he raised it up. I enjoyed that. Suddenly all my fear vanished. Then he asked me to open my mouth. I thought he would do something. terrible but lo and behold, the next thing I know is he told me to get down from the chair.
I still do not know what he did but after that my tooth has been missing and there is no pain. From my experience I want to tell you that we should not be afraid of going to the dentist anymore.
How is everyone at home. Convey my love and regards to uncle and aunty.
With love
Your cousin

Dear ABC
I hope this letter finds you in sound health and vibrant spirits. I have written you this letter to tell you about my recent visit to the dentist. Recently I attended my cousin's wedding and ate lots of ice cream, and that night my toothache allot. The next day my mother fixed an appointment with the dentist. I was petrified to visit the dentist. When I visited I was crying to not to go inside and to open my mouth. But I took courage and went inside the dentist just asked me to open my mouth and she filled the cavity. It was so painless that the treatment was over in half an hour. I think now am not scared to make an appointment with the dentist again. Give love and regards to your parents.
Yours lovingly,
XYZ
