Dear Brother,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I have written to you because I have come to know that you have been skimping on sleep. You have been misusing the facilities given to you. You don’t know how important proper sleep is for healthy life. Sleep is one of the basics needs, deprivation of which might result in serious health issues.
For your mental and physical health sleep and healthy food are two most vital things you should take care about. Please see that you have six to eight hours sleep daily and don't cut down on sleep studying late in the night. For that you need to utilize your time well during the day and revise everything beforehand so as not to have eleventh hour doubts. It would be better if you make a time table and work accordingly.
Lastly, do take exercise daily and if you can meditate for sometime in the morning. That is the best way to keep your stress at bay and have a peaceful sleep. When you get bored, take a walk in the District Park or watch an episode of your favorite cartoon for a while.
I hope you will be able to understand the point I have made here and be an architect of your own life. Soon I would be coming home during summer vacation and we both have good times again.
