Dear Brother,

I know you are not happy with my performance in the first house test this year. Inspite of my best efforts, I have not been able to understand many fads related to the chapters on Heat and Mechanics in Science and Algebra in Mathematics. I find myself deficient in practical application of scientific theories.Moreover, after school hours, I fail to find adequate time to do justice to my studies. I feel weak and sleepy. I am fast losing interest in Science and Maths. I do not know what to do.

Please tell me how to study to get good marks in these subjects. I know you have been brilliant in these subjects, as a result of which you are now in a good engineering college.Believe me, I am not a shirker. I want to study really hard and emulate you. I do not waste my time in useless activities.

How are you? I'm writing this letter to tell you about my weakness in studies. My exam results came and I scored really bad. I don't know how this happened. Lately, I've been loosing all my concentration, like I can't concentrate on studies. I'm unable to understand things, it feels so bring.
