Answer:

Explanation:Dear Families and Friends of CelesteCare,

Due to the United States declaring a national emergency for COVID-19, CelesteCare will follow its emergency protocols for a global pandemic as well as Texas Health and Human Service Guidelines.

Effective immediately non-essential visitors may not enter our communities. Residents may only leave for medical emergencies. This is vital in preventing the spread of this virus which is more subjective to serious health complications in the senior population.

It is critical that all families and residents follow the protocol. By not following the procedures that are put in place, would be placing other residents, healthcare personnel and staff at high risk for contagion. We are committed to providing the advocacy to keeping our residents safe and hope that you will remain understanding.

Other protocols, within the community, will be followed including increase in sanitation, observation for signs and symptom, screening, temperature readings as well as isolation that may be necessary for the protection of others in the community and common areas. This may include, as needed, dining location for meals and activity programs as suggested by the National Coronavirus Task Force.

We understand this is a time of high anxiety for many and we are a family that works together to make the best of the situation by ensuring we place our resident’s safety first.

Please feel free to reach out to the Executive Directors should you have any questions about contact or setting up a time to deliver supplies.
