My dear father,
I am OK here and i hope that this letter will find you all in the best for your health. I am sending your my result card of December test in which i have been shown failed in two subjects. English and economics. I am very sorry but, my dear father, it was my hard luck, so i am not much to blame. I had made full preparation for the test but as your know i had a road accident on the day when i was going to college and had severe injuries. For two days i had to remain in hospital and i could not appear in these subjects.
But, now i am all right, and i am working very hard to get good marks in the annual examination which will be held in April. I am studying according to timetable. I assure you that i shall win distinction in the final examination. I hope you will excuse me this time. Pay my compliments to mother and love to all other members of the family.
