It will be of 2 days from July 25, 2018 to July 27, 2018. We will be camping at Kufri’s national bio-reserve. All my room mates have registered their names. If you think it is alright, kindly do transfer the money into my account. I have to deposit rupees 1000/- as hiking fee. The charges include meals and camping charges. I have to deposit the fee latest by July 20, 2018. The rest is fine. Give warmest regards to mother, and grandparents.

Dear Dad,

How are you? I am fine and everything is fine with me. I even won a gold medal during our school sports day. My exams commences by next week and ends by the end of the month. Our school has organized a hiking tour to Shimla for three days after our exams. All of my friends are going for the trip and I also want to go. This trip will surely be relaxing after the hectic exams.

Our class teacher will be accompanying us with the tour and further detailed information about the tour is updated on the school website. Kindly check and know further about it. I will be needing 5000 Rupees for the hiking trip and the date date for paying the amount is by next Monday.
