Dear Father,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health, I am writing this letter to tell you that I am doing fine here and the weather here is kind of cold.

I am doing very well in my studies and after my Master's I am planning to go for Ph.D.  I have discussed with you before that I want to pursue Teaching as my career and for that, I need to have Ph.D. so that I can have a good job at the good university.

I am writing this letter to seek your guidance about my decision and about the good institutes so that I can apply accordingly. As you already have enough experience in this field.

I will be waiting for your reply.

I hope you and mother are doing fine.

Sincerely Yours,

Your Name

My dear father,

               How are you? Hope you

are enjoying the best of health and happiness. My 12th Standard exams are

approaching. I am concentrating on my studies as I wish to secure a high rank

this time.

              I would like to study

engineering after this. I have seen you work on big projects as an engineer. I

am inspired to work like you. So I also want to become and engineer.

I am fond of studying Science

and Maths. I have been getting good marks in these subjects. I feel all this

will help me to become a good engineer in the future.

             I hope you will be

pleased with my decision. Do let me know your opinion.

With lots of love and regards,
