Dear Father:

I hope this letter finds you in great health and high spirits. I am writing to you to seek your permission to join an educational trip being organized by our school. After the first term exams, the school is organizing a weeklong trip from June 5, 2018 to June 20, 2018 to South India. Mysore, Ooty, Bangalore will be the destinations. I am really interested to see the wonderful places in the company of my friends. Many of my classmates are also going to join the trip. The cost of the trip is rupees 15000/- If you think it is right, kindly send me the money latest by May 25, 2018. The rest is fine. My exams are going on well. Give regards to mother and grandparents.
