On the coming month our school has organized an educational tour in Darjeeling. Teachers and students of class 8, 9, and 10th standard will be going in this educational tour. I wish to participate in this tour subject to your approval.

Please let me know if your approval or suggestion and kindly send me a letter, which I can present to my class teacher for my enrollment in the tour. I shall wait for your further instruction.
