My Dear Father,

What a relief! Our examination is over today. I am glad to tell you that my hard work, your good wishes and the grace of God have enabled me to fare nicely in the Exam. Mostly the paper setters wanted to test the ability of the students. So the papers were easy for those who worked thoroughly, but difficult for those who had crammed only selected questions.

I have done all the papers nicely and hope to get high first division. When are you coming back?
