Dear Father, 
The hostel you have put me in is horribly good. The classes are so interesting that for the first time in forever I feel like studying! Do you know that I have already made fifteen friends? Actually, everything is perfectly alright, except that you are not here with me. When are you going to return? 
Do you know that we are being taken to a picnic on the 2 of April ? I am sure that it will be great fun! I am more than excited! They have asked the students to contribute a hundred rupees each so that we can have a scrumptious lunch and a joyful bus ride. Can you please send me the required amount so that I can have fun with my friends? I will be very grateful if you do. 
I must end now. A lot of homework is pending. More when we meet.
