Hope this letter reaches you in good health and spirit. I am writing to you to let you know that I have won the inter-state dance competition that was held on 11 April 2020 at Pune.
I owe this success to you, since had it not been for your support and encouragement, I would not have been able to accomplish this. You had recognised my passion and my capability in dancing and constantly motivated me. You had even been kind enough to permit me to miss classes when I had to practice for the dance competition and had the utmost patience to teach me after school hours all that I had missed in class.
When my parents were against me participating in the dance competition, it was you who had convinced them and also made them realise that I wish to pursue my career in dancing and that my future lies in that. This dance competition means a lot to me, as it would set the foundation to build my career in this field.
