hope you are well by the grace of the Almighty. I am well too. Please convey my regards to your parents. It’s been long since I received your last letter. So I have thought of writing this letter.

I am so excited to tell you about my visit to Delhi in an educational excursion last week. Delhi has a rich historical background. It was named “Indraprastha” by Pandavas and remained the capital of Hindu kingdoms for thousands of years. The Muslim kings also made it their capital. It has many historical buildings such as Humayun’s tomb, Qutab Minar, tombs of Safdarjang and Nizamuddin, The Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan etc. Apart from the historical monuments, it has the offices of the embassies, high commissions, trading firms and many other organisations. Delhi, indeed, is a treasure-chest of antiquity and heart of India.

How are you? I hope you are well. I am well here with my family. In your last letter you said that you want to pay a visit to my country Bangladesh and you wanted to know about the tourist attraction of our country.

Dear friend, you know Bangladesh is a beautiful country. There are many beautiful places here and people all over the country come here to visit them. Cox’s Bazaar Sea Beach is the first attraction of the tourist. You know it is the longest sea beach in the world. Another nice place is Kuakata. If you go to Bandarban and Khagrachari, you will see numerous beautiful hills. And Rangamati is famous for both hills and nice lake. The mangrove forest Sundarbans is another attractive place. There are many historical places, too. Mahasthangara, Sonargaon, Shat Gambuj Mosque and many more are there. Actually the whole country is a tourist spot.
