I hope you are fine there, I am fine here. I want to tell you about the importqnce of hygiene.

If we are clean we feel elevated otherwise we feel unmotivated. As we are sweaty and tired when we are dirty we start procrastinating the work. Others also dont feel coming near us. If our surroundings are dirty we dont feel doing any work over there. Living in a dirty environment makes us feel sick.
