explain the importance of leading a balanced diet . if we do not follow balanced diet then we suffer from various disease like stomach pain
and so many problems of stomach . and suffer from lack of vitamin D , vitamin c, and many. In last I say you that you also keep balanced diet every day it keeps you a healthy person .

How are you? I hope you find this letter in the best of health and spirit. Just a few days back I heard from your sister who is living in my city that you are determined to put down some weight and because of that you are not eating well. She has complaint about your bad health and your daily routine. I could see how much she was concerned about you and your health. Not only her, she told me that the whole family is concerned about your new eating habits. Being a medical student and your dearest friend I would like to tell you that skipping meals does not mean a healthy diet. You can only lose your health and not your weight by skipping your daily meals. From now on you should start eating all your mails of the day and adhere strictly to the balanced diet. It will not only regain your health but it will also help you in losing your weight. A balanced diet is a combination of all the vitamins and minerals that are required by the body. Balanced diet has so many advantages like it -
- makes the immune system strong. By consuming different varieties of vitamins minerals and other nutrients in a day, a person can avoid serious diseases like diabetes, heart diseases, and cancer
- balance diet play a major role in weight management. When people think about losing weight they stop eating food but it is not the cut of food but instead the management of nutrients in the daily diet which help to put down weight. Most individuals wish to lose weight or gain weight at some point in their lives, a balance diet is a perfect way to do this.
- not only the physical health, balance diet play an important role in maintaining and enhancing the mental health also. The correct balance of nutrients has an important role in alleviating depression and anxiety.
- It's good for development. younger poeple like us require a well-balanced diet.
