Dear Sahana,

         Good wishes to you and your family. I thought of writing to you about my birthday celebrations last week. I got your wishes and the lovely present on time as usual and I liked the gift so much… a wonderful collection of books from my favorite authors. This year my parents decided to celebrate my birthday in an orphanage. I took all our friends also there and we all had a great time there. Our friends organized a lot of events for the children there, who participated so eagerly. To see happiness through other’s eyes is a great feeling. We all had lunch, cakes and desserts with the children and they relished it very much. Then all our friends joined and gifted them with books and toys to learn and enjoy.
