Dear Armin Arlert,

Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for your thoughtful note. I'm pleased to read that you received a first division on your M.A. Examination in English. Your phenomenal accomplishment has, I believe, already decided your future. I believe you would make an excellent speaker.

You have inquired as to what profession I would like to pursue in the future. To be honest, it is quite difficult for an average student to decide what he wants to do with his life because so much is dependent on annual exam results alone.

As for me, if my previous academic performance is any indication, I may pursue librarianship training. A librarian must be a responsible, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual. And I believe I possess all of these qualities. You are aware of my excellent academic record. I have a natural talent for keeping valuable books safe, and I understand how to deal with kids in schools and colleges who borrow and return books.

Aside from that, there is a lot of potential in this field if given the right support and training. It's possible that I'll be able to achieve perfection. Other equally worthy occupations exist, but I am either not interested in them or do not believe they have much scope.

I'm not sure how you'd feel about me after reading this letter. But I'd appreciate it if you could give me your honest judgement on my career decision.

Yours sincerely,

Eren Yeager
