I watched the Amir Khan classic, Dangal, at Inox, City Centre II, Kolkata yesterday and must confess the film was an excellent one and lived up every bit to the rave reviews it received before the release.

Besides the acting, what impressed me was the theme of the movie. How a man swims against the tide of a patriarchal society and grooms his daughters to break the glass ceiling and participate in boxing, a man's sport. I do not wish to tell you any more, so that you are able to watch the movie without any preconceived notions. Trust all's well at home.
