If you follow these, I am certain that your English will improve considerably.

Thank you for your letter. I'm quite fine here. I hope you will be fine also. You have asked me to give you some advice about how and. where to learn English. My dear, there are academies here and there claiming to teach English language and even fluent spoken English. Beware of these as many of them are pickpockets. Their main aim is to amass wealth. I advise you to find some English language center or a well known English academy with highly qualified staff. After class you should practice yourself. You can be fluent in English only with a good practice. English is not a difficult language. After a few weeks you can get good hold of the language. For this purpose you should have some good English grammar books.

You are a brilliant boy. I hope you will gain a good command over English language within a few months.
