Dear Neha,
Hope you are doing great. I still miss my time with your children who are so adorable and amiable. I must say I had a great time with you last summer. Today I am writing to ask you for a recipe of a cake
Recently I have moved to a new apartment at Utica, a city in the Mohawk Valley, New York and I have a plan to invite some friends and neighbours to a party I am thinking to hold in September. It would be a dinner party and I will invite around 25 guests. Many of my friends are from India and I am planning to add a special Indian food. I am so fond of your Hyderabadi Biryani, you make it really special, and would like you to provide me with the recipe. I have tried it several times but never had the glimpse of the magnificent aroma and taste that you can bring in. Would you please send me detailed instructions, ingredient list and cooking method you employ for the celestial Hyderabadi Biryani you make?
I want to give the Indian guests a fabulous experience of the dinner and invite some neighbours to taste it to give an impression of how Indian cuisines can win their stomach and heart!
Warm wishes,
Riya

Dear kitkat,
I hope this letter finds you in a good health. I received your letter. I honestly say you that, aunt is really fortunate to have you as her lovely son. And by the way i feel glad to share you a simple chocolate mousse cake recipe, which we baked last year and it was really delicious. To start, you will be required with the following ingredients.
Oreo cookies - 200 gm
Unsalted butter - 60 gm
Milk chocolate - 200 gm
Dark chocolate - 200 gm
Heavy cream - 600 ml
Few pieces of dried berries
Once you are ready with the required ingredients, trust me and follow the upcoming steps.
Grease a baking tin with a little butter and set aside. Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and blend until they resemble fine crumbs. Melt butter and it pour over the crushed oreos and blend again the mixture resembles wet sand. Pour oreo mixture into the prepared baking tin and press down gently to form an even layer and place it in the fridge. Boil water in a vessel and immediately pour into a bowl. Place the bowl of chocolate over the hot water, and make sure the bottom of the bowl does not actually touch the hot water. Let the chocolate set for 1-2 minutes to melt slightly and then stir it every 30 seconds, until it becomes smooth and creamy. Leave it for a few minutes to cool it down. Meanwhile, use an electric mixer to beat cream until it becomes kinda stiff peak. Gently transfer the cream into melted chocolate until smooth and combined. Then pour it over the cookie crust. Place in the refrigerator to set, overnight. Finally decorate it with dried berries. Aww.. :mouth-watering: Have a good party!
Convey my best wishes to aunt and my regards to your family. May dear aunt have a wonderful day and a prosperous year ahead.
Yours lovingly,
