Dear Mona,
I wanted to write to you since quit some time and was waiting for an opportunity.
This year's independence day has been a lot of fun in our school and I wanted to share my experience with you. So, our teachers organized dance, music/poem and art competition. It was very fun in the dance competition to see everyone dancing and cheerfully celebrating. In the music competition, I was very happy to listen to everyone's voice in an 'music' way. and finally in the art competition, in which I also took part, we had to sit on the sheet and everyone was given one A4 size drawing paper. we needed to bring our own material and we had to draw on the independent topic itself. I drew the country flag with dancers dancing and different state people as audience. I'm not sad that I didn't won but I'm happy that I at least took part as always winning doesn't matter. In the end, every winner was given a few packet of chips and snacks. my friend won in the dance competition so even I got to grab a lot to myself!
It would be a lot of fun if you were in my school. But you are not and that's completely fine. at least I'm lucky to have a friend like you.
