Dear Manisha,

I hope this letter finds you and your family in best of health and spirits.

Manisha, I would like to share with you about those golden precious moments which I spent in Odisha.

My father decided to take us to Odisha. Me and my siblings were really very excited hearing this news as we were really bored just staying at home and following our daily routine during our last winter vacation in December.

So..First of all, we checked in at a hotel at Bhubaneshwar on 15th December and decided to visit the Sun Temple,Konark. It was made in the 13th century and was dedicated to Lord Surya. When we went there it was currently under construction due to some unclear reasons. We're delighted seeing the beautiful chakras around the temple and it seemed a place worth visiting. Deevotees were found praying Lord Surya for his blessings on them and their family. The local people used to visit this place very frequently.

Next we went to Chandrabhaga Beach. Literally, it was the first time we saw and experienced the scenery and beauty of the sea.

You can also find historical and religious places like The Jagganath Temple, Khandagiri Caves, Brahmeshwara Temple and lots.

You should really give a visit to this place. You can find peace , holiness and immense pleasure here.

At last but not the least, convey my regards to your parents and love to your sister. Hope to get a reply from you soon!

Yours lovingly,

Puja Sharma

Answer:

My dear Smritimoy,

You will be happy to know that we went to Murshidabad on an educational trip from our school.

You would surely like to have an account of the visit there. Murshidabad is a place of great historical importance. First, we visited the Hazar Duari, the old and big building with one thousand doors. We found many precious paintings and weapons of the past there. The famous Imambara lies very close to it Next we visited the Katra Mosque and the tomb of Murshidkuli Khan. We also saw the place of Nawab Mirjafar and his tomb. We then crossed the narrow river Bhagirathi to see the tomb of Siraj. When we were visiting all these historical relics, we recollected the past days for the moment .They reminded us of the past glory of Bengal. But we were sad and surprised to see that the relics were not properly maintained.More when we meet. With love and good wishes,

Your loving friend,

Sanjiban
