Dear Ratul,
I hope you are doing well. It has been a tough time since the advent of the pandemic and I hope you have maintained things well. Here, we are facing a tough time due to the ongoing heavy rainfall in our place.
It has been heavily raining since last week. Most of the areas are already flooded and commuting has become even more difficult. Our locality is not yet flooded due to the good sanitation system. However, nearby markets often remain closed due to this and we need to travel a long way to get our daily essentials. We are trying to figure out ways to help the poor people who have been affected majorly.
We really hope things come into our control soon. Do let me know how you are facing things. Take good care of yourself and hoping to meet soon once things go fine. Stay safe.

Dear Siyali,
I am fine here with good mood and health and hope that you are also fine at your place. I am writing this letter to share how upside down life has become due to sudden heavy rainfall in my locality.
Everything is already messed up due to Covid pandemic. Life is not like what it used to be. We cannot travel freely anymore. We are already coping up with this tough situation that another problem striked our lives. It has been heavily raining since 2 weeks. A cloud bursted nearby which affected many places. Many areas are so adversely affected by the flood that it has caused people their lives. Even in my locality, water has started entering our homes, making it difficult to wipe it out due to a heavy flow. Markets are shut down. Online services are not completely available. Deliveries are delayed a lot. Weather forecast says that it might take one more week to get back to normal. It is a hard time but we are staying strong. Everything will be alright soon. We can just stay positive and do our parts. How is your life going on? How is the weather over there? I've heard that it remains cold a lot. Do share with me. I will be waiting for your letter.
