I am writing this letter to you to describe the importance of learning to read and write at least one regional language, in addition to English.

Nowadays, each and every person in search of a job must know how to read and write at least one regional language. Even for the job of a receptionist it's a must. All people don't know English. If a village person comes to you and asks for help in their regional language, will you be able to help? No, and if you would know the regional language, then you could easily help that person. That's the importance of learning to read and write at least one regional language.
