Dear friend,

I went to our ancestral village during my summer vacation. Initially, I was reluctant to visit that place.

Once I entered the village,

I was greeted with green farms which is a rare sight in our city life.

Almost everyone on the way showed pleasantries.

The Pongal festival we celebrated here was totally different from the one we celebrate in our place.

It was very traditional and colourful.

Tasty food, amazing people, lovely atmosphere in this village allowed me to enjoy a serene and happy vacation.
