Explanation:

Hello there, my fellow quarantined folks!!

I have been personally trying to to use time as efficiently as possible and improve myself learning new skills during the quarantined (Which in India has been there without break since March).

I wake up at about 5:00 - 5:15 A.M. in morning, and after having freshened up within 15 minutes go to walk my dog on the adjacent playground, which is a really refreshing activity as it's just me and my dog in the completely empty playground! I am back within half and hour and take a bath - and my day begins.

Since I am a JEE Aspirant, my day is going to consist mainly of studying. I study from 6 A.M. to about 11:30, taking a couple short breaks in the meantime (when I am using my phone :-P). after that I will be taking yet another bath and then watch anime for about an hour. The next hour will be spent in learning Japanese (which I have picked up pretty well in the last two months). Once I have had lunch, and taken a half an hour power nap, it's back to studying.

I study from about 2:30 - 5:30 P.M. and then it's time to go and play with my dog in the playground once more. Once back I continue to practice my skills at speedcubing and by 7 p.m. I am back to my books, which will continue up to 10:00 - 10:30 P.M.

I watch anime for about an hour again after having finished my dinner, and so it's already midnight. Then recite some important formulae from maths and physics (like a Brahmin chanting his mantras) for about 45 min (upto 00:45) before going to bed.

If anyone is wondering how long I sleep, I have practiced what is called a polyphasic sleep cycle, that will consist of 4 hours of sleep in the night and one 30 minutes and two 15 minute naps during the day. (So I sleep for 5 hours). This kind of a sleep cycle has helped me enhance my productivity massively!!

Peace!
