Dear xyz,
It was mother's day a few days ago and in your previous letter you had mentioned how you celebrated it. But first tell how are you all? I hope everybody's fine.
I woke up on mother's day early unusual for me being a Saturday. I did my necessities and carefully not waking up my mother. I decided that I prepare some tea and jam bread as much as I could do. I finally took out the sheet of paper I had separated out last night and being a quick thinking poet wrote out a beautiful poem for her. Then putting all of this on a tray went to wake her. She stared at me with her dreamy eyes and gave me a big hug and then she read the poem and finally took a bite of the bread. The dreamy morning continued and for lunch we went out to her favourite place.
This was my mother's day.
