Dear Friend,
I am fine here and I trust you are doing good too. The Dasara celebration has been coming and we will observe Dasara in a significant way. Do u know the significance of Dasara? The festival of Dasara is the celebration proceeds for ten days and Dussehra is the tenth day.
Dassara is additionally called Vijayadashami and is praised as the triumph of Goddess Durga over the demon presence Mahisasura and the Dasara is celebrated on the tenth day and remaining nine days is called as Navaratri.
We always look forward to this event and I wish that we both get to spend this important event together.

Dear Friend
How are you? I hope this letter will find you in the pink of health and spirits. Today I am writing this letter to tell you about the way we celebrated Dussehra this year.
We started the Navratri with pooja in the house and the days of fasting and celebration began. All nine days we went to the nearby Ramlila Ground to watch the Ramlila. We also enjoyed dancing on the dandiya beats and we didn't even get to know when all the nine days and nights passed by and the day of Vijay Dashmi approached. We were all very excited and decided what to wear in the evening. We got ready and moved towards the ground again. Dussehra celebrated the victory of good over the evil and when Lord Rama killed Ravana, and the effigy of Ravana was put to fire, there was a roar of excitement everywhere. My father bought us many different toys like a bow and arrow, a sword, etc to play with. We went to a restaurant for dinner and at last came back home.
This year's Dussehra celebration was too much fun. You also tell me how you celebrated the festival with your family. I'll be eagerly waiting for your reply.
Yours loving friend
