INFORMAL LETTER

Sender's address, (Generally in 3 lines)

Date,

Dear Samir,

I am fine here with good mood and health and I hope that you are also fine at your place. It's been quite long since we wrote to each other so I thought to write to you and talk to you about some changes which recently happened in my school for its improvement.

Over the time, there had been a good amount of admissions in our school but due to this, the strength of the classes increased as there was a shortage of classrooms, so our school constructed a 2nd floor as well. The construction completed few days back only. In the recess, I sneaked a little bit on that floor and it looked beautiful. I hope, I get to study in one of those classrooms.

The next change that happened in my school is the renovation of the canteen. It got new paint and new furniture. The queue area for students is separated by proper partition which also looks beautiful.

My school also installed some new swings for small students. But they look kind of cool and I was thinking to try them out as well.

The last change that happened was the recruitment of new tennis coach. The last one was transferred a couple of months back and since then we did not have a proper tennis coach. I am glad, we got one now. I had 2 periods with him and he is good at the sport plus he is friendly. I like the coach and would love to play under him.

So, these were some of the changes which took place in my school. I loved all these changes. How is your school life going? What changes it went through in the past year? I would like to hear all about it.

Give my regards to uncle and aunt.

Yours friendly,

Diksha
