♡ Wash your hands For at least 20-30 seconds with soap and water...

♡ Maintain Social Distancing ( At least 2m )

♡ Wear a mask every time you step out...

♡ Keep the just shopped items outside your home for two days ... making sure no one touches it...

♡ Eat everything cooked fried or baked... Never eat any vegetables raw...
