Dear Anant,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. How are your parents? How is your little brother Anuj? Is he still as notorious as ever? It has been a long while since we met. This week I and my family are going to our cabin in the woods of Shimla. I was wondering if you would want to join us.
As the beautiful poem goes, "The woods are lovely, dark and deep", I am sure the woods in Shimla does justice to this poem. The cabin was built by my grandparents and we have always gone there to spend some time at least once a year. The natural environment there is very refreshing. Apart from the trees, the natural ingredients for food, the little stream that passes from nearby, all of it make the scenery exquisite. I am sure you would appreciate it a lot. The calmness there gives us peace of mind which is non-existent in a metropolitan city like Delhi. With our everyday hectic schedules, everyone needs a break.
We are going there in the last week of August. My parents are very much in favour of you joining us so let me know as soon as possible if it would be possible for you to spend a week there. I am looking forward to it. Give my warm regard to your parents and lots of love to your brother. Take care.
