Kindly use the following points to frame your letter

Thank you for the lovely present and greeting you sent me.

I appreciate your thoughtfulness.

I am writing this letter to share a very special experience with you.

This year I celebrated my birthday with a bunch of children living in an Orphanage in Borivali.

A friend at school suggested this to me. She does the same every year on her birthday.

Around 30 school going boys and girls live in this orphanage.

I was surprised to see how well mannered and polite they all were.

My parents and I spent the entire day with them singing dancing playing and having a good time.

We took snack and toys for them. My parents had also arranged lunch for all of them.

I leaned more values in this one day than I have learned in all these years.

Those children do not have much but they are happy with whatever they receive.

They love each other dearly and look out for each other.

I learned  to appreciate the basic things in life like the love of my parents and the food and other things they provide me with.

It was a very touching experience; the most memorable birthday I have had.
