I have found you is not playing games. Sports are one of the most important thing in our life. All children love sports. Sports are of two types :- Indoor sports and outdoor sport. Outdoor sport helps our body to be fit and fine. Indoor sports helps our mind sharp. You should also play sports in recess.

Dear Minu ,
How are you? It has been a while since I last wrote to you. I was excited to read about Hima Das, the Indian sprinter
that won 5 Gold medals in a month. Her article “A healthy
mind resides in a healthy body” was really inspiring and
hence I felt like sharing that with you.
The article offers a deep insight into sports participation and the benefits associated with it, such as mental, social, emotional, physical and educational development.
I, now firmly believe that along with studies, sports should be given equal importance in a child’s development. As they say, ‘all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy’.
I am now convinced with the concept that sports is a good
medium to promote and inculcate important life skills viz.
healthy lifestyle, good nutrition, physical fitness and choices that positively impact health and mental wellbeing. Sports imbibe within us principles of maturity, confidence, responsibility and discipline. I have started playing badminton since last week and every word written in the article resonates with the experience I had in a week’s time.
I would earnestly recommend you pick up a sport and I am now convinced with the concept that sports is a good medium to promote and inculcate important life skills viz.
