Being in a situation where I saw financial waste, faulty hiring practices and the need for a total program overhaul. 
I could make suggestions, but there were other people in power who felt comfortable with the "old way" of doing business.Ultimately the company folded, due to major financial mismanagement. 
I don't have a great solution or ending to that experience. 
If anything, it taught me that we as people have to make difficult decisions in the workplace. 
Sometimes you know things are wrong, but you need to have a job to survive. 
In the end, you have to have faith and ask for guidance in what you need to do, and trust in the answer.
