Yogasanas like vrikshasana, chakrasana and many more. Hope you aware of it. Balanced diet consists of healthy foods. We should not eat junk foods and fast foods. We should not eat more than a limit. I am not coming to say that you are a un fit. Iam just trying to spread this message.
