Dear Meowsy,
How are you ? Hope everything is fine there. I received your last letter. Literally tears fell of my eyes when I read that you won the zonal badminton competition. Well, atmosphere here isn't that fine as there. You already know that I am in Delhi now. Actually here the pollution has increased to an alarming rate. What to do now ?
You won't believe, this till the second day after Diwali, it was so much smog here that people couldn't see their nearby surroundings even at 1 meter away from them.
Even the increasing pollution from vehicles also pollutes the air and makes difficult to breathe.
All these noise pollution, air pollution, water pollution, etc. is making our living hard now. Earlier Yamuna was considered one of the cleanest rivers in the world, but now it has been turned into a dumping yard.
Delhi has now gained its position in top ten polluted cities in the world. I really miss out those days when we played together in nature's lap, climbing, trekking and all.
Let's see, when we get chance next to do that.
Give my regards to uncle and aunty and please convey my wishings to Saanvi. Tell he that I will bring a lot chocolates for her next time. Hope to see you soon.
Yours lovingly,
Anita

Dear Bubbly,
How are you? I hope that you are in pink of your health. I am going to write the letter as the pollution in Delhi is increasing day by day, and more due to Diwali.
On 14th November, it was Diwali. Although ban was imposed, people hd stocked the crackers the previous year, and burned it off. they never thought of the others and the poor animals, the coronavirus, they only thought of the fun. But this fun would lead to death, we all know. Plus, the paralis from neighbouring areas has increased the Carbon Dioxide, Monoxide and PM 2.5, PM 10 level.
Dear friend, I am really scared as Delhi will turn to gas chamber if this happens. Although by God's grace, rain has decreased smog to some extent. What about you? Write to me soon.
Your friend,
Anita.
